The cardholder must be present at the booking and present their membership card.
Court Bookings can be made up to 8 days in advance. Bookings must be paid for at the time of booking.
Edinburgh Leisure Discount Card holders and members can book online and via the app, 8 days in advance. Online and App bookings open at 1 second after midnight, so you can book just after midnight on a Monday morning for a Tuesday booking.
Customers who do not have an Edinburgh Leisure card and customers who have a 10 for 8 card can book 7 days in advance online and via the App. You can only book online or via the App if you have a member record on our system.
No one can be in two places at once, so customers can't book two courts that run at the same time.
You can check your bookings by clicking ‘My bookings’ on the app and by checking ‘upcoming bookings’ in the online booking page. Click here to access your online bookings. If you make a booking on the app you can add it to your calendar and set up a calendar reminder.
Arriving in time for your booking
When you arrive, please swipe your attendance 5 minutes prior to the time for your booking.
Changing or cancelling your booking
Isn’t it frustrating when you can’t get a court? Even more so when you find out that a time was available because someone booked and didn’t turn up.
You can move your booking online (but not on our app) up to 24 hours prior to your booking time if you are unable to make it. You can't cancel your booking over the phone or in person in the venue. If you are unable to make your booking or change your mind, there are no refunds. Bookings cannot be moved online with less than 24 hrs notice.
What happens if Edinburgh Leisure cancels your booking?
If we cancel your booking, we will contact you by text or by phone. We will credit your account with the relevant number of Loyalty Points.
