What has happened to Standard Discount Cards and why?

We are working on simplifying our membership options and as a result we are no longer offering our Standard Discount Card with its associated discounts on activities from 1st April 2023. If you had a live Discount Card before 1st April 2023 it was automatically transitioned to our Active Rewards card on April 1st and additional points were added to your account. 

These points can be spent on the activities that a Discount Card would have been used for.  

  

The transition to the Active Reward Card means customers can continue to do the activities they love, with the added benefit of collecting Active Reward Points which can be spent on activities. 


By signing up for an Active Reward Card, you will receive the following benefits:
  1. No upfront cost: you will not need to buy this card every year, this card is free. 
  2. Earn points when you spend money on activities, 8 points for every £1 spent 
  3. Each point is worth 1p to use on activities you love 
  4. You will still have the benefit of being able to book 8 days in advance (8 days applies only to individuals who held a Discount Card before April 1st 2023).
