What is happening to my membership/coaching Direct Debit now you are reopening?

We kept customers' direct debits frozen whilst we were unable to open our venues and run our activities.  We emailed or wrote to our customers whose direct debits restarted on 1st May and will do so again for our adult coaching customers restarting from 17th May. If you are a fitness member who has asked for your Direct Debit to remain frozen, it will remain frozen until you ask us to restart it.
