Clip n Climb Terms & Conditions
- You are
in good health and can participate in physical activity. (Clip ‘n Climb is
not recommended for participants that have neck or back problems, heart
problems or have had recent surgery). If you are pregnant you should
consider your physical condition and limitations before deciding to
participate.
- Participants must be a minimum of 4 years old and parents/guardians
remain responsible for their child’s welfare at all times during sessions.
- The Vertical Drop slide is available for everyone in the session
over the minimum height requirement of 1.2m. Slide suits are provided and must be worn
while taking part.
- We require at
least one over 18 years old to be present during the session for
anyone aged 12 years and under to participate with harnessing and clipping
in. An adult must sign a disclaimer to accept and be aware of the dangers
of climbing related activities for anyone aged 17 and under.
- The
maximum weight for participants is 150 kg (330 lbs) / 23 stone.
- Bookings
can be made (subject to availability) in advance up until the start time
of the activity.
- Participants should report to main
climbing arena on the ground floor where they should follow directions to
Clip ‘n Climb.
- No
chewing gum, food or drinks are allowed in the Clip ‘n Climb area.
- You must
wear appropriate clothing and footwear to participate in Clip ‘n Climb.
Climbing shoes, heels, flip flops or open toe shoes are not permitted.
Shoe laces should be tied, long hair tied back and all jewellery removed
before the start of the session. Glasses must be secure.
- All
participants must attend the safety briefing session before climbing. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time. If you arrive after the start time of your session you will not be permitted to participate in the session unless agreed. If you are not allowed to participate your booking will not be refunded or transferable.
- Participants
are required to wear the supplied harness and have this checked before
participating.
- Participants
must follow any safety instructions as directed by instructors

Leisure does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injuries to
persons participating in any activity in or on the facilities.
- Should we need to amend your booking in any way we will contact you to offer alternative dates or times similar to those made in the original booking. If you feel the alternative is not suitable you have the right to a full refund.

Leisure reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any
time.
