Clip n Climb Booking Terms & Conditions


Arriving in time for your booking 
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your session. If you arrive after the start time of your session you will not be permitted to participate in the session unless agreed by the Clip ‘n Climb supervisor. If you are not allowed to participate your booking will not be refunded or transferable. 
 
Changing or cancelling your bookings and no shows 
Please only book a family Clip n Climb session if you are sure you will be able to attend. If you are unable to make your booking or change your mind, there are no refunds, and bookings cannot be moved. We are unable to refund bookings for customers who have booked in for children under the age of eight. 

What happens if Edinburgh Leisure cancels your booking? 
If we cancel your booking, we will contact you by text or by phone. We will give you the choice of a full refund or credit to your account of the relevant number of Loyalty Points.
