Do Junior Members need to book gym sessions in advance?

For all customers over the age of 16, there's no need to book a gym visit - simply drop in to your gym for your session.

Please note that Under 16s still have to book their gym visit in advance

Under 16 members can book their spot up to 8 days in advance through our website or on our app. Sessions will be 55 minutes long, but members can book back-to-back sessions if they wish to be there for longer.

Please remember that all Under 16s must complete our NRG Zone accreditation to use the gym unsupervised. U16s who haven't completed NRG Zone will not be able to book a gym session. Juniors must be in S1 or above to enter the gym.
