Holiday Clubs & Holiday Coaching Terms & Conditions

  1. You may request to cancel your booking up to 14 days after you have made your booking, unless the requested cancellation is within 2 weeks of the date of your booking.  Please contact askus@edinburghleisure.co.uk or phone 0131 458 2100 should you need to cancel your booking.  Please ensure you have your booking reference which you will find on your confirmation email.
  2. Some of our activities have upper and lower age limits.  These will be detailed within the description of each activity.  These limits may also be detailed by primary school years.  This means the child you are booking for should be either in that primary school year OR will be about to enter that primary school year for activities that take place during the Summer holidays.
  3. We retain the right to refuse entry to any activities should your child's age fall outside the ones detailed in each activity description.  No refunds will be given.
  4. Items such as, but not limited to, mobile phones and tablets should not be brought to the Holiday Sports Camps and lessons.  Edinburgh Leisure shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to any such device.
  5. In order to keep our holiday sports camps for all, children are expected to be polite, courteous and co-operative to staff and other children at all times.  In the unusual event of unacceptable behaviour such as bullying, hitting or aggression towards other children our staff will deal with this fairly and discuss it with it with you when you are collecting your child at the end of the day.
  6. Persistent unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in you being called to arrange immediate collection of your child and possible exclusion from further participation in the camp sessions.
  7. All children who attend our holiday sports camps must be toilet trained.  Children will be taken to the toilet but must be able to go independently, with no nappy changing available.
  8. All children 8 years old and under must be signed in and out of camp.  Children 9 years and over may with the written permission from their parent/guardian, attend the camp unaccompanied.  Their arrival and departure time will be recorded by camp staff.  Edinburgh Leisure's preferred option is for ALL children regardless of age, to be signed in and out of camp by a parent/guardian.
  9. The above terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Edinburgh Leisure.
