How can I change my membership

How can I change my membership

We appreciate personal circumstances can change so we offer the ability for customers to change their membership at any point to something more suitable.  All changes are free.

Please complete the form below to let us know what you would like to change your membership to.
  1. We need 7 days notice to be able to process your change.
  2. If you are moving to a concessionary membership we will ask for proof of validity before making your change.
  3. If you are moving to a membership which costs less than your current membership, this change will take effect from the beginning of the next month if we process it between the 1st and 19th of the month.  If we process after the 20th of a month the change will take effect from the 1st of the following month ie a change processed on the 25th September will take effect from the 1st November.
  4. If you are moving to a membership which is more expensive than your current one, we can process this change right away and add any difference to your next direct debit payment.
We will confirm via email when your membership has been changed and what your new monthly direct debit payments will be moving forward.
