How Can I Purchase A Joint Or Corporate Membership

Due to limitations within our system both Joint and Corporate memberships are not able to be purchased online.  We do however have an online form that you can complete which will allow us to set up your membership(s).  The process works as follows;

  1. Go to Membership Application and select start date and the membership you are looking to purchase.  Complete the remaining fields.
  2. Submit the form and complete our eSign Direct Debit mandate form
  3. We will then set up your membership as soon as we can.
  4. Once set up we will confirm via email that your membership(s) has been setup.  The email will confirm your membership and ongoing direct debit cost and will also contain instructions on how to setup your online password.  Once you have set up your password you will be required to pay for your upfront payment and joining fee.  You will then be able to book into any relevant sessions or classes.

How much is the joining fee?
Our joining fees are £35.00 if you are under 65 years of age or £25.00 if you are over 65 years of age. Joint memberships only pay one joining fee.

What is the up front payment?
The up front payment allows you to start to use your membership as soon as we have added the details to our system.  The amount due will include your joining fee and also a pro-rata amount which varies depending on when you join.  For example if you join between the 1st and 19th of the month you will pay a daily amount for the remainder of that month.  If you join between the 20th and the last day of the month there is not enough time for us to submit your direct debit mandate to the bank so the amount will include the remaining days in the current month plus the whole of the following month.
When will you collect my direct debit?
Your direct debit amount will be collected on or around the 1st of every month.
