How do I book?

You can book your activity on our app or our website's 'Book Now' page.

You have to have a booking account with us to be able to book (and pay if needed) for your activity.

If you already have an Edinburgh Leisure card/are a member/have created a Pay as You Go account, we will have automatically set up an online booking account for you.

1.      You can book your activity on our app or our website's 'Book Now' page. This page will require you to log in. If you already have an Edinburgh Leisure card, are a member or have created a Pay as You Go account, we will have automatically set up an online booking account for you.

  1. Your account needs to be activated by setting a password. Go to the 'Book Now' page of our website, enter the email address we have on our records for you and click 'Forgotten Password'. We'll send you an email with instructions to follow.
  2. If you have simply forgotten your password, go to the 'Book Now' page of our website, enter the email address we have on our records for you and click 'Forgotten Password'. We'll send you an email with instructions to follow.
  3. If you're not sure if you have an active booking account with us, go to the 'Book Now' page of our website, enter the email address you think we have on our records for you and click 'Forgotten Password'.  After 15 minutes you should receive an instruction email from us in your inbox, or your spam/quarantine folder.   If this does not happen, please complete this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
2.    If you have never activated your account/booked with us before you will need to do so by setting a password. Go to the 'Book Now' page of our website, enter the email address we have on our records for you and click 'Forgotten Password'. We'll send you an email with instructions to follow.

3.    If you have simply forgotten your password, go to the 'Book Now' page of our website, enter the email address we have on our records for you and click 'Forgotten Password'. We'll send you an email with instructions to follow.

4.    If you're not sure if you have an active booking account with us, go to the 'Book Now' page of our website, enter the email address you think we have on our records for you and click 'Forgotten Password'.  After 15 minutes you should receive an instruction email from us in your inbox, or your spam/quarantine folder. If this does not happen please complete this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Helpful Hints
  1. The email address that you enter on the 'Book Now' page of our website HAS to be the email address we have in our records for you. If you accidentally enter a different email address you will not receive an email from us with instructions. If you have not received an email from us within 15 minutes of clicking 'Forgotten Password' please firstly check your spam/quarantine folders. If there is no email from us there please fill in this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

  2. If you share an email address with someone else who has an Edinburgh Leisure membership, card or account, or you have a joint membership - you can use the same email address on more than one booking account BUT you will have to set up different passwords.

  3. If you are asked for your Member ID at any point, you can find this on the 'Welcome' email we sent you when you first joined us/got an Edinburgh Leisure card. If you can't find your Member ID please fill in this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
