How do I cancel a coaching class?
Please complete the form below if you wish to cancel a booking you have in our coaching programme. (If you have multiple coaching bookings please submit a new form for each booking you wish to cancel).
Completing the form before the 20th of the month provides us enough time to stop your direct debit payment before we attempt to collect it from your bank at the end of the month. We cannot guarantee that any forms submitted from the 20th of the month onwards will be processed in time for our direct debit run at the end of the month. In these instances your direct debit will stop from the 1st of the following month.
There are no cancellation fees or notice periods needed.
Please Note: If you have have multiple bookings in our coaching programme please contact us first so we can remove your booking. If you cancel your direct debit with the bank first, all your coaching bookings with us will be cancelled and we cannot guarantee another customer could book into your space.
