I am on an Active Communities programme. What is happening to these?
Our Active Communities programme supports around 10,000 people a year to get active to improve their health and wellbeing.
Keeping active during the Coronavirus pandemic brings many benefits for your physical and mental health. However, this is made difficult by various restrictions impacting on services and encouraging us to stay at home as much as possible to limit contact with others.
Although not all of our Active Communities programmes are currently running, we have a range of online activities to help keep you active, as well as support offered over the phone from our friendly staff.
Our team are contacting all participants to let them know what support is currently available. You can also get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
or calling 0131 458 2260.
