My email address is registered to more than one account - how can I reset my password?

If you share an email address with someone else who has an Edinburgh Leisure membership, card or account, or you have a joint membership - you can use the same email address on more than one booking account BUT you will have to set up different passwords for each account.  Here's how.

1.  Click on the following link bookings.edinburghleisure.co.uk

2.  Type in the email address we have on record for you and the security characters - select 'Request Password'.



Helpful Hint
  1. The email address that you enter above HAS to be the email address we have in our records for you. If you accidentally enter a different email address you will not receive an email from us with instructions. If you have not received an email from us within 15 minutes of clicking 'Request Password' please firstly check your spam/quarantine folders. If there is no email from us there please fill in this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible
3. We'll send an email to you which will contain a unique link to set your password. After clicking on this link you will be asked for your Member ID when you are setting your password (so the system know which account this password is for). You can find this on the 'Welcome' email we sent you when you first joined us/got an Edinburgh Leisure card. If you can't find your Member ID please fill in this form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. 

4.  Type in your Member ID  followed by your new password.  Please confirm your password again in the bottom field. Your password needs to have:
- 8 characters
- 1 uppercase character (minimum)
- 1 lowercase character (minimum)
- 1 specialcase character (minimum) - examples are () " ' ; : ? ! . , £ $ % + = _ - } { ] [ #~'/\| 
            MAKE SURE your new password is unique to this account, do not use the same password for two accounts with the same email address.


5. Your online booking account should now be activated and you'll be able to book using the app or the 'Book Now' page of our website.
