What is an Active Reward Card and what has happened to the Loyalty Card?

As part of the simplification of our memberships, we have transitioned our Loyalty Card to an Active Rewards Card.

 

This means that if you had a Loyalty Card before April 1st 2023, it was automatically transitioned to an Active Rewards Card on April 1st with any Loyalty Points transferred to Active Reward Points, which can be spent on activities.

Active Reward Card Benefits 

  • No upfront cost: you will not need to buy this card every year, this card is free. 

  • Earn points when you spend money on activities, 8 points for every £1 spent 

  • Each point is worth 1p to use on activities you love 

  • You can book activities 7 days in advance.
