Why are you starting to charge for these classes now?

We were running a free trial in order to get customer feedback and iron out any early teething problems with the system before we started to charge. We extended this trial when our venues were not able to reopen as planned after the Christmas holidays. We have received great feedback from our customers and, as I’m sure you can appreciate, there are costs associated with the delivery of these classes which we cannot continue to absorb going forward.    


If you are a Full Fitness or Fitness Class only member, when our venues reopen and your membership Direct Debits restart, your membership will automatically include access to our online fitness classes at no extra charge.
