As a member, how can I avoid a no show charge?
Only book into activities that you are able to attend
If circumstances change remember to cancel any activities you can no longer attend well in advance
Always swipe in at reception (or via our access gates were applicable) when you visit as this marks you as attending.
If you feel a charge has been raised against you incorrectly please submit an enquiry by clicking here and a member of our team will investigate for you.
PLEASE NOTE: if you have to pay for your activity at the time of booking (eg if you have a Discount Card, Pay as you Go account or you are a member booking an activity not included in your membership, your booking is non refundable. If you do not show for your booked activity you will not be able to get your money refunded.
