Why have I received a 'late cancellation' charge?

Everyone likes to plan their days activities in advance.  Our customers regularly feed back that they find it really annoying when spaces appear at the last minute when they were previously full.  Having that extra few hours notice would have allowed them to plan to go to a class or an activity by taking a change of clothing and footwear for example.  To encourage customers to cancel any bookings they may have made but can no longer attend well in advance we have a 3 hour Late Cancellation Policy.  This means if you cancel a booking less than 3 hours before it starts you will receive a £3.00 charge (£5.00 for golf).

This charge will be raised during the night after the activity you late cancelled for.  You will also receive an email advising you of the charge and also how to pay for it.  We recommend you pay for any charges as soon as possible.  If the charge is still on your account after 7 days of it being raised your ability to book and swipe in for any other activities will be stopped until your balance is cleared.

How Can I Avoid A Late Cancellation Charge?
  1. Only book into classes/activities you can attend
  2. Regularly review classes/activities you are booked into.  If your circumstances change and you cannot attend a class please cancel your booking as soon as possible.
