I have never climbed before, how do I become a competent climber and register?
You will need to complete the 2hr adult start up course. This is bookable on line at this link. Upon completeion you can then register as a competent climber.
What length of rope is required for the lead walls?
A 60 metre rope is required for the lead walls.
How old does my child need to be climbing under my supervision
If you are a registered climber, child guests can come in at any age under your supervision. They will need to fit securely into a harness and wear rock shoes. Please check reception/arena for smallest sizes we offer.
How do I book if I'm belaying only?
You cannot pre-book for belay only online. Please book at reception on arrival. This is for anyone who just wants to belay and not climb themselves. You will still need to be a registered climber to book this.
Do you have hire equipment?
Yes, please pay at reception on the day. We can supply rock shoes, harnesses, helmets, belay and carabiner devices. We do not hire lead ropes. Pricing for equipment hire can be found here on our website.
How do I bring a guest?
