My membership is currently frozen. Can I unfreeze early?

If your membership is currently frozen you can unfreeze early by clicking here and completing our Early Unfreeze form.

If you unfreeze midway through a month there will be a pro-rata amount due for the remainder of the month.  We will confirm via email what this amount will be and we will collect it by direct debit at the next available date.
